DLSS broken?

I get worse performance with DLSS on with alot of lag. Is it because of my weak CPU? Without DLSS I get 60+ fps stable on 1440p

I noticed same thing, DLSS in my case (Ryzen 3600 + rtx3070) didn't improve any frame per second. Beside the lot of stuttering!

DLSS barely improves the framerate on my system either but I think that is because the game is GPU heavy. I see 99% usage with my RTX 4080 and only 25% usage (with unused cores) on my i5-13600KF CPU.

It is my understanding that DLSS works best in CPU limited games.

Hades, it is the opposite. The DLSS free the GPU of a lot of working, improving the fps if the CPU is not load. The DLSS simple doesn't work in this game, like Forza Motorsport, zero improvement.

I just tried FSR and same results. Bad FPS with alot of stuttering and bad image quality.

Works ok, but not as big gains as normal games. I get about 20-30fps more turning DLSS on to quality. So it definitely works
