The info was available before you purchased the game & you could have chosen not to buy it based on said info.

But your moaning about something that was known about before you bought it, which consists of, not being able to drive a short piece of track in a certain scenario, which you can drive in all other modes, with the same car. :s
Anyways, no time for this. I'm off to enjoy a good Rally game that's just been released, which may not be perfect but is fun and reasonably priced :D
