Consequences of mercy/punish

Does anyone have a guide on the pros and cons of mercy vs punish for each character? I'm doing a fully mercy route but want to eventually play again picking different choices but I'm torn on what's best.

here is a list i could be wrong on most things but this is general

The council Mercy:the council will split up and go there own ways. 3 of the councilers can be found during the mercy route. two will be found in the mountains of tabnath mountains and the other in rokkas slut bar. a fourth counciler is found after obtaining the boat but it's flavor text teasing the dlc.

The council Punish:this one much like mercy sees the council split up around gianna but this time all 5 can be found (never done this route so no clue where)

Sister Stulita: mercy spares her and she will aid during the lust boss fight along with giving you a charm for worship status dialog. unsure what happens when you punish her but you do lose her aid during the lust boss fight

Captain gregaria: mercy you spare her and she will be found in woodrot forest and will aid you during the lust fight. punish turns her into a bimbo and can be found in the rokas slut bar.

Shandra: Mercy you gain a shop in the rokkas slut bar by talking to shandra can turn party members into bimbos without magic hairdye and can get some money from her by asking.
for punshing she will be found in the Rokkas slut bar as a bimbo.

Sculptress Kepiat: Mercy you gain a unique shop at the gallery and can remove or give a party member petrifiction (citation needed) Punish she will be turned into a statue you can interact with in the gallery

Doctor vemix: all three punish options give you a small scene then she disappears *citation needed* the mercy option sees her turn into a replica blue orb you can display in the cabin or sell for money.

Guardian Kasmut: Punish gives you the soul gem forge for free and a new indiviual to add the forest cabin. if you spare her 3 times you still obtain the soul gem forge for free along with a unique scene you can also put her in the punished state after sparing her

General orc punishment: each orc contender you beat can be spared or punished each has a unique punish but all have 3 shared together. Maids go the cabin and can be interacted with. you can turn them into trophy you can set up in the cabin. if you turn them in ♥♥♥ sluts they are scene in the streets of tabnath.

Kin'Rabia: unique punish turns her into a human you can interact with after occupying tabnath *not sure what happens if you punish her*

Slavemaster Jai'kai: unique punish turns them into a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ *don't know what happens after* if you mercy they are found in tabnath's dungeon right of the arena.

The Knightess: unique punish you take her collar off if you don't occupy gianna you can talk to the orc you freed but that's all. if you occupy tabnath you can interact with the knightess and gain her help during the lust fight. also if you go down a deal made ending you fight her in gianna. *not sure what happens if you spare the knightess*

Wu'Ka: unique punish turn her into a soul gem you can give to butin'bak but she will crush it and you gain nothing. if you go to the soul gem shop in the forsaken tower you can give wu'ka soul gem and open a soul gem shop in west beach outpost and also gain a key in the soul gem shop that can be used to get a unique weapon behind a locked door in yterre's mansion. sparing her you will find her in the arena after occupying tabnath *unsure what happens if you don't*

Butin'bak: punish let's you turn her in a slut parading her loss across tabnath and also has you occupy tabnath giving letting you obtain the knightess for aid in the future if you did punish you also obtain her maces which are pretty okay and julia is now not in boarder town but is the viceroy of occupied tabnath. sparing butin'bak sees you leave orcs in control of tabnath and butin'bak will be seens in the pure ending when lilina is being crowned *unsure about other endings*

Queen of shifting mists:punish you maintain the city of mist and can still roam around and fight the unique enemies found there. mercy: the city is dispelled and you can find tinkly in woodrot forest if you interact with her she will aid you during the lust fight.

The Maester; if you punish her you can get her as a golem maid for the cabin or a labour golem *unsure what happens if she's a labour golem* by doing this you lock your self out of the paradise ending and mt:pleasant all those controlled by the white orb are set free. sparing her maintains mt:pleasant and all those controlled remain and after doing the steps to get the pure ending you get the option to do the paradise ending instead.

The circus crew:punishment you punish them and you keep the circus open allowing you to continue to fight the unique enemies that will be found in the circus. if you punish them
they will be found in marisa's office being "rehabilated"

Puppetmaster Samona:can only punish her after doing so you gain her as a party member

Lady Hargrave:if you defeat her during either the pure ending route of the hargrave fight or just fight her for the sake of doing what's right your punish option are to rather "kill her" *citation needed* or make it so she can never threaten Gianna and she never leaves castle hargrave.

Lust:you only punish lust but you either turn her human or turn her to stone *citation needed* with no really consquense to the pure ending

Lady/primeminster Marisa:she has 3 outcomes you can consider punish options if you do a deal struck or legacy endings during a deal struck you turn Marisa into a coat during the legacy ending you can either leave marisa etnerally stuck in a state of unaware if you decide not to fight her during the legacy ending but if you beat marisa during the legacy ending you turn her into a zombie.

Lady lyra: she has a fake out punish in which after beating her after attacking her but she then starts her empowered fight if you beat her during this fight you can then punish or mercy her. Sparing lyra allows you to keep fighting her *which is the best way to grind exp as she gives 200 every time you beat her* if you punish her you turn her into a punching bag which goes to the cabin.

Rokkas the hero:after fighting and beating rokkas the mercy option has you heal rokkas well the punish option sees you return rokkas to her stone prison.
