Framerate is fine in Borderless fullscreen mode but every now and again the game will boot up in fullscreen mode where it runs at 3-5 fps until I switch it back to Borderless Fullscreen.
I'm on Windows 11 24H2.
Odd bug and one that isn't widely reported but it is something that does not happen with any other DX12 game I'm playing, including other Frostbite games from EA such as FC 25.
Solution : I disabled vsync, triple buffer, hdr, and steam overlay. Also limited fps to 120 and activated low latency in Nvidia cp for this game (not global). I’m not sure what solved it but now it’s running smooth on exclusive full screen with fps between 120-160 if I deactivate fps limiter but found best results keeping limiter on 120fps. There are occasional stutters which are probably shaders. Playing with all settings on ultra, 4k DLAA. Hope this helps someone.
