Bug with Crossroads / Dread Wolf statuettes quest

I can't access the final statuette now. There is one the Antaam are protecting and is across several mini-islands in the Crossroads; you have to do the "turn the statues so they face each other to unlock the bridge" thing. I was originally able to turn the statues and unlock the bridge but died fighting the Antaam. When I reloaded, I was unable to turn the statues, and the bridge is gone. The statues are completely inanimate, there's no option to even turn them. This is not game-wide, I can turn other statues in other areas (including the statue on the back half of the first island), it's literally just the statue I need to unlock the bridge that seems to now be bugged.
