Bug for Gate of Pale Reflections
There is a bug where i the game dont progress to the quest. I definitely unsealed the gate with the champion orb something and the animation showed the door opening up even the spirit tellin me to kill the revenant.. but the game wont load the boss for me to kill it. (how do i attach images here? i took a screen shot)

The quest marker stays on the gate even though its open

There is a blood stain above this cave that you can destroy, it will activate the script. You can see it from where you have to fall into the well for another quest.
