XeSS update destroyed my visuals

Installed the patch earlier today, now when I play my visuals are awful. I play on a low end PC but had finally gotten the settings to give me good picture and good performance. Now with this XeSS update my same settings result in visuals are mosaic and full of visual artefacts and ghost images. I know I'm not on a good PC, but I had it working before so I'm pissed that an update has made it near unplayable for me. Is there a way I can revert/downgrad the XeSS update? A way I can file a complaint with more official lines of customer support? This is the first time I've had to report an issue with a game so I'm not sure if there's any better way to get help for this. Am I just SOL?

You can download the XeSS SDK from github and replace the libxess.dll with the version you want (the game before the patch had version 1.0.1.12).

I'm pretty useless when it comes to github. Any chance you could walk me through what I need to do to get to the right version and get what I need in the right file location(s) on my machine? Or any guide you're aware of on how to do this?

The libxess.dll is located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dragon Age The Veilguard

https://github.com/intel/xess/releases/tag/v1.0.1 Download the XeSS.SDK.1.0.1.zip file and extract it, in the bin folder you find the libxess.dll file use this one to replace the on in the game folder.
