Has anyone heard anything about DLC coming for this game like they have had for the first 3. I absolutely love playing Dragon Age games. The lore is incredible. The character development is truly spectacular if you take the time to read and don't play it like a hack and slash. To me this is the ultimate RPG because there is actually Role Playing Involved.

No DLC and the team that made the game has already been disbanded.
They have a skeleton crew for bug fixes and thats it.

If it's the end, then it's a story of "what could have been". At least they got a lot of solid tech for other games. The environments were quite nice, and maxed on a 4090 was quite impressive.

No plans for dlc were confirmed before release date or shortly after if I remember correctly.
I'm happy with what Veilguard offers, I don't feel like anything is missing in this game in terms of content.
132 hours in, finished the game twice and I'll definitely come back for another playthrough.

Specifically, EA tanked all plans for DLC after DAV's poor sales. Sadly. :(

The good thing is that we at least got to experience the full main story from beginning to end since DAO. Only thing left for DLC's was a bunch of hints of what might be next, so at least the game didn't end at a cliffhanger.

No. This rumor needs to stop. MONTHS before release they already said in interviews that they had NO plans for any DLC for Veilguard.
MONTHS.
Long before the anti woke mob got its teeth into the game or any sales numbers came up.

They never planned for any DLC for the game, that is the simple truth.

Because they knew it wasn’t going to sell well. Pretty sure if it did peoples wouldn’t be laid off and dlc would magically be on the table. Every dragon age game got dlc, but this.

You could be right, I have no opinion on it. I just read that in random articles within the past month. Though historically speaking this would be a very unusual decision unless it was based on something like those sales. EA (and modern gaming in general) loves the extra income through staggered releases & DLC's.
