Aiming feels like I'm playing a PS1 game...
I've just started the game and I'm really struggling with the aiming (or lack thereof). Unlike every third-person shooter/action game made in the last 20+ years, the character does not fire in the direction you aim with the camera. Instead, they fire in a straight line in whatever direction they happen to be facing, meaning you can't aim up or down and you can't fire at something without moving toward it first. Is there some setting I'm missing to fix this, or do I just need to hope for a mod?

EDIT: Okay, so I just switched back to the staff and aiming works normally with that, but not with the orb. Wtf?

The orb has a shorter attack range than the staff, so shorter auto-aim range too. So the auto-aim won't snap to an enemy you wouldn't hit with your attack.

I'm not talking about auto-aim. Just aiming in general, even outside combat. I can't even break crates and junk without switching to the staff or moving toward them and then shooting them with the orb.
