I have not seen these characters yet, are they in Veilguard? I really hope so, they are so cool and legendary characters in the series, it wont be the same without them :(

...I've seen that before...I guess I just didn't think the lady with the dagger was Isabella?

Fair, there's no confirmation one way or another. It could be another Lord of Fortune, or just a possible Rook even. Plus its just concept art, so potentially nothing in the image will even make it in. But I'm keeping my fingers crossed it's her and she's got a substantial role in the actual game.

This is the image for the Lords of Fortune that they have on the Wiki. The woman is Isabela (wearing an alternate outfit she has from Inquisition Multiplayer)

One of the recent screenshots they just released shows an underwater area that looks like the one in this concept art. So its likely Isabela will be there too.
