"this is my town" behaviour from the very start on,
(No Neve, stop pretending you are the founder, the leader and the only member from the shadow dragons, YOU ARE NOT)
would only made sense for her to akt like this AFTER a certain story decision
It's legit what they think guys want their girlfriend to be.
If you study her character, her interactions, her mannerisms, she's clearly coded straight. She just is, she's there for the straight boys. First companion you pick up, put on full display as the "attractive and seductive" companion, she is the Miranda\Ashley\Isabela of this game. Even the end "scene" makes much more sense for a male\female relationship.
I'm a little insulted on behalf of guys everywhere.
Even though she was my first choice at a glance, the detective work seemed fun and interesting, at the end I agree with you. She's just about as shallow as the rest of them. So much potential, wasted.
Personaly, missing that kind of...how do i say that. Emotions? It feels so...clean...monotone. Not only Neve, they soundd all that way. I don't get any feelings of real emotion. The game is soulless, clinical...
Granted I'm still annoyed by Taash's character and keep them out of my party whenever possible, but viewing them as such lessens it a tad and makes their dialogue a little more bearable.
