Constant crashing

Today the game has crashed 7 times, never had one before. Initially it was when I tried to turn on DLAA but I've gone back to DLsS quality and it crashes within 30 seconds every time. Same for anyone else?

Just happened again and got an error message for the first time 'Directx function "gpudata.dxtransitionCommandList->Close()"failed with E_Outofmemory

I have a 24gb 4090, 32gb RAM, 5800X3D and the same settings I've had for the first 15 hours

I had some crashes because of a driver issue. The one thing I found is that deactivating tripple buffering may help.

Changing from 144hz to 120hz seems to have fixed it, bit annoying though as I was getting 130-140fps before

I dont have any form of ctd yet and i am on my second playthrough. Probably your system is unstable, revert any OC that you may have used that runs fine in other games.

I was able to play this game the last week, it worked pretty good actually. Nice graphics and everything but since Friday, I can´t even get to the menu ( if I´m lucky enough to get there ), it crashes-/ freezes right after I start it. I had to delete this game up to 10 times now, updated everything I had to update and STILL it doesn´t work. My PC is good enough to actually get this game going, way better to be honest. I even tried every tip online, but they don´t seem to work. I´m going back to BG3 until they fix this HUGE issue!!!

I've been having the same issues. I have a nice graphics card as well, and have restarted the game when it got to a point later and crashed multiple times. When I started it over I saw big changes they had made with the game. I will be going back to BG3 as well. I will take them awhile to fix issues.

I had to change my Controller settings. My controller somehow had the Steam settings on, I deactivated the settings and ever since I can play... I had the same issue with Cyberpunk beginning of the year, it always crashed or kicked me out until I changed the controller settings. XD
