Quest help: Heart of the Titan not triggering

I'm not sure if i'm missing something, but the quest seems to not be appearing. Harding is at lvl 10. Any help would be appreciated

Heart of the Titan quest unlock after finishing Fire and Ice in the main campaign.

I finished that quest already, but it doesn't seem to work. I'm at the main quest to defeat the Butcher

Having the same problem atm, even reloaded a save to make sure i didn't miss anything. The quest does not seem to trigger for me.
