So About Sandal?

Since I am pretty sure this is the last DA game (despite that secret ending 0.0),

does anyone know what Sandal is? I don't read the comics or the lore notes, so I'm not sure if it's already been discovered. I am so curious on what he is. He knows so much and even sees the dead. It's been a question I've been wondering for a while.

I've found ghil dirthalen's lore/theory videos to be pretty good on most questions.
in short they're many theories but nothing directly clear, i'm of the opinion he was most likely the child of stone (quite literally) as a boy from the dwarfs who still guard the isolated remains of titans. Bodan talks about just finding him in the deep roads at some point during his exploration along side some ancient mural.

But id suggest checking out the video to make your own theories, ghil is big fan and truly loves and enjoys the series & does lots of dives into unanswered questions

I completely forgot about her channel! Thank you, I'm going to go watch it. Also I do recall Bodan saying that now. That honestly would be so epic, they need a netflix show for just him. Thanks for this!

I absolutely agree. I can't believe I forgot about her channel, I used to watch her videos often because even though I love to read, I'm too lazy to look up the lore for things in the game lol.

I did not watch the video, but given the lore of this game, I'd guess he's something like Valta/Harding.
