No, Dragon Age: Dreadwolf™ is not multiplayer. It has been officially confirmed by BioWare that the game will be a single-player focused experience. While there were initially plans for multiplayer components, these were later scrapped in favor of a purely single-player RPG.

Please no... I'd rather have them focus in a good single player experience - imho the multiplayer in inquisition and me3 were clunky and boring.
