Yum! Add butter and freshly chopped dill, and you're in heaven
Mmm, that's why I spent so much of my game time at Cullen's attic and Alistair's tent. Try again.
I love Zevran, just everything about him (thanks for helping me realize I'm bi <3)
I love the tragedy of Solas' actions dooming the people he tried to save
I love how beautiful the locations in DAI are
I love the parallels between Ameridan and our Inquisitor, esp a mage Lavellan
I love the way Cole talks
I love Loghain for his complexity
I love the Wartable Missions yea I said it!
I love how the games aren't afraid to try new things
Aw, the first part was just flypaper for the anti-woke baby crusade, hope you did not get stuck on it.
I love Solas romance and how angsty it is (angst lover here hehe)
I love how many variations of Inky you can make and how many choices they face through the game. Replayability in DAI is just awesome (900 hours on origin)
I love exploring DAI maps, doing the puzzles, collecting collectibles.
I love relationships you build and consequences of those.
I love that guy who threw a goat on my castle.
PS. If you wish to see white dudes just go on tinder wink wink
The Qun, absolutely! I don't think I've ever seen any designed culture to be this specific with this many layers of complexity and NOT be a religion.
The goat guy omg
Cameos (hoping for more in DAV)
Loghain and Solas as adversaries - tragic and soul-rending but oh, sooo good!
I've never romanced Solas (my most recent inquisitor was male so he just wanted to punch Solas a lot), this reminds me I should make an extra replay of DAI where I finally do romance him
Wartable missions! So many cameos from DAO and DA2 were provided through them. I also liked doing war table for the baby crew of guys and gals who approach you in the inn and want you to give them something to do.
I love Allistair as he was my first romance love in DAO.
I loved Fenris in DA 2 as he was such a great character and a superb romance choice even if the game really lacked in the romance department because he absolutely hated mages and yet he loved my female mage Hawk so much he was willing to fight for the mages for her.
I love Solas as he is one of the most complex fascinating, yet heartbreakingly sad complex character in DA that I have ever encountered. He is just so entrancing to me and I love him, even though he broke my Lavellans heart.
I love all the locations they have for us to see including all the new ones in this game. The new locations in The Veilguard look absolutely stunning.
I love the characters. In every game there were characters i absolutely adored and loved and also ones that I never took with me exploring because i just did not like them. The new game characters are so intriguing to me and i cannot wait to learn their stories. I especially love Lucanis. He may end up my 4th love of the series.
I love that the game always changes and tries new things and does not stay the same in game play because, for me, the game play in the older games is really just meh now since it is so dated and I am loving the change to more mass effect type hybrid combat because it is more action and fun. The story though is really why I play these games and I have enjoyed every one of the games.
The newest trailer they released with the release date was phenomenal in that I really feel they are going deep into lore from even back in the first game which I absolutely am so excited for.
I could of course go on and on but i think this is a good summerization of what I love about the games.
I really enjoyed the constant sexism and racism, because it made it far more satisfying to slit their throat
I enjoyed the bleak, hopeless atmosphere that was lost in DAI.
Quite frankly if DAO didn't have those things I would call it a bad game, some of the abilities are still bugged to this day, the combat is boring and just very bland.
But the atmosphere and characters made DAO one of my favorites.
it's why I think DAI is just a terrible game, because the combat feels worse, and the atmosphere is completely gone, the only redemption was the characters I quite liked the characters.
