DEI is real and sometimes over the top like concord but to be honest all characters looking like an overwatch one. It's more about how they handle the engine and artistic choice... Do i love it ? i will see but yeah sometimes it's cartoonish.

Not that I agree, but you might want to remember what her subclass was in Origins.
No surgeon required. Also would explain why she looks younger than what her age would be at this point.
