I agree. I think she looks great in the trailer. When I watched I was surprised that she still looks so young 10 years later from inquisition. At one point rewatching the trailer i said to myself Morrigan actually looks younger than in inquisition in the new game. I guess her having different hair and clothes makes people not like her new look , because I honestly thought she looks great.

That was mostly resolved in Inquisition already ?
It might play a role in Mythal's survival, if she survived (Flemeth sent through the eluvian something that looked suspiciously like the Old God soul she took from Kieran).
But as far as Morrigan's son is concerned, that story is done.

You could retcon it easily with some creative thinking.

Like: the gray warden's taint has progressed to a point where they lost their voice. Now you've got a mute character who might communicate in interesting ways.

That said, they've been allergic to showing much of the Warden in previous games. I don't expect them to go that way.

Yes, but we haven't seen a massive amount of progressive states of the taint in Grey Wardens.

My suggestion was just an example. In the sense that there are ways around having to voice everything.

What exactly is man-like about Morrigan in this trailer ?

I guess some people miss her rag bra and bigger cup size. Also the second strap that now covers her belly button.

I found her unattractive both during the first and the third, so this Morrigan is actually an improvement.
