❓Where are the patches❓
I'm waiting for the paid beta testers who bought the game, paid money for the beta test, to find bugs, report them, and the developers fix them so that I can play the updated game in a year at an 80% discount.

No patches have been released for over a month, although in November 3 patches were released in 1 month.

Why would they patch a dead game?

Patches for what? The game runs fine. It's just not a very good game, unless 20+ hours of running around popping pimples blight boils is appealing to you, then this game may be right up your alley.

Content patches?

Like Wukong? Like cyberpunk? Like Final Fantasy 7 remake?

The content's all there already, and they've said since release there'll be no DLC.

I'm not talking about DLC.
I'm talking about free expansion
Expand character editor
Improve interface, which has tons of complaints
Add a couple of new characters.

The developers of Baldur's Gate 3 also didn't promise any content after release, and what do we see?

You mean ea has no money, unlike Larian?

Your original post was about patches for bugs. Now you say you're talking about something else. I can't read your mind.

Either way, you have your answer.

Game is dead.

Write this down the next time you wonder where the patches and updates are.

What part of no additional content do you not get? They aren't working or releasing any additional content free or paid. Also BG3 clear has a larger player base and community at his point compared to veilguard.

Why does an indie game have a bigger community than an AAA studio with huge marketing and a fan base of previous parts?

There are no games without bugs, especially not after only 4 patches.

I recently finished rdr 2 and it is the most buggy AAA game I have ever played.
Even the witcher 3 has less bugs, although it is still garbage

Have you seen complaints about bugs in Wukong?
Yes, there are none, it is the highest rated AAA game on steam.

However, the developers release patches
Because people like the game therefor they support it, not that complicated also BG3 wasn't indie, Outside of the launch month EA barely marketed veilguard and most bioware fans lost faith after games like anthem and Andromeda which also was suppose to have additional content but that was cancelled.

I played RDR 2 perfectly fine, thing is PC gaming is more complex without specs I'd assume its either software or hardware related. But patching cost time and money considering the history of veilguard from EA's perspective its not worth further patches. But the game doesn't have many issues.
