but one thing that is for sure, it probably has better writing than veilguard and that's not even it's strength.
such a good state, therefore all the sales and very high likelihood oh the company scaling or closing down, huh? man, if only it wasn't complete they could at least still pretend it'd become something other than what it is LOL
PoE wins this comparison even if it were not yet playable.
Played PoE 2 during the last weekend and personally don't enjoy it that much but I'm also not the target audience of these types of games. What I found boring was how large the maps are, filled with too much trash mobs and too few bosses and the loot felt very bad. I didn't run into any major bugs however and the game feels smooth, didn't expect that I'd be able to play it on release day but it somehow worked which impressed me.
I personally didn't find PoE2 too difficult (only completed act 1 and being in mid act 2 however) but I've seen lots of people complaining about the difficulty and wouldn't recommend it if you don't like challenging games.
DAV will probably be on sale during Steam Christmas sale.
Be patient young Padawan.
EDIT: Oh. Path of Exile 2 isn't free.
The reason they charge for this early access is likely to keep a lot of people out who aren't serious about helping the game develop moving forward. Trolls and such.
