Is this game ever going to go on sale?

I am in a game hole. Can't find anything I want to play. This game interests me since I played the previous one but why isn't it ever on sale? I already downloaded the character creator.

Where have you been the last few months, it had several sales at one point 35-37 bucks. Suggestion, wishlist it steam will tell you when its on sale.

It was on sale at 35% off from December 11 through January 2.
It was on sale at 40% off from January 27 through February 10.
It was on sale at 50% off from March 13 through March 27.

I expect that DATV will be on sale during the 2025 Steam Summer Sale, if not sooner. The 2025 Steam Summer Sale begins June 26.

Beyond that, I think DATV might possibly be on sale during the 2025 Steam Autumn Sale, and definitely during the 2025 Steam Winter Sale, plus any sales EA runs independently of Steam-wide events (i.e., EA publisher sales).

I don't think this game is even worth 5 dollars. What was EA thinking releasing it like this?

You may be better getting it for another platform. The loading time is ridiculous and loading errors may take more of your time than actual gaming.

Short of compiling shaders game loads fine, unlesss your using a regular hardrive.

It's actually a much better game than most people give a credit for. You're probably looking at one aspect of the game where there was some forced inclusivity. Other than that the game is actually pretty fun.

Outside of combat(subjective) the writing is still a weak link for veilguard.
