Need Help please door needing 2 crystal to open

Ok I got past the 3 item that bellara<sp?> needed to repair and need to crystals to open the door. 1 is there already and the 2nd one I can see through the door/window looking thing off to the left. The only thing is I can't figure out how to get the thing. Any help would be appreciated

a wait, sry i just deleted my previous post as it was for a different quest with belara ... but the logic still applies ... you have to take the 1 crystal that is already there and take it to a different slot which opens a door ... there you can find the second crystal ... after slotting in the second crystal, go back and gather the first crystal ... that should solve the puzzle
