CAN'T CHANGE SIZE OF BORDERED WINDOW

I loaded up the game for the first time, and immediately went to settings. I play games windowed, and most games give me the option to pick a size. For some reason, windowed game has no size options. I tried picking a size in regular fullscreen, then moving to windowed.. nothing. I tried grabbing the corner of the game to manually adjust the window size.. nothing.

Does anyone have any other ideas that could help me change this?

Literally every such options is tied to the resolution setting you chose for the window and can barely if every adjusted because majority of engines do not support it.

So change the resolution.

There's no option to set or change the resolution when you choose the windowed option in game. I thought I was pretty clear about that detail.

have you figured it out? if not here is my tipp for you.

set the game wo windowwed mode, that should put the game into an actual windows with the windows actionbar at the top.
when you move your mouse outside of the window, you notive that the mouse cursor still remains visually as if you were still in the game. when you click there you can resize the window by clicking and dragging the edges.
