The Lords of Fortune

Is it possible to change the The Lords of Fortune outfits. To look more Barbaric than a belly dancer. They are suppose to a mix of races within their ranks. Humans, elves, dwarves, Qunari. All the other faction Outfits I like.

I don't think you're locked in to any specific armor just because of your faction. If it's anything like previous DA games, there should be plenty of armor nonspecific to any of them, plus I believe in one of the Q&As they specified you could unlock and transmog any other faction's armor regardless of your initial choice. It sounds like there's a lot of freedom in armor choices from what I've gathered.

Thank you for the info, nothing so far would work as barbaric outfit except for the starting armor I quess that have mix plate and leather armor pieces for Warrior. But maybe a modder can fix that. But Today I saw a youtuber showed there are more armor options at Higher levels so might find something later on to give the Barbaric look for my Slayer. Want my Slayer be as a Avvar.

All the other outfits from the faction work well for its faction. Like Antivan Crows, its faction and outfit will work good for my Rogue/Assassin, not sure if Duelist or Spellblade for is best as an Assassin. The veil jumpers for my elf veil ranger. And I think the Shadow dragons would be best for my Mage character. And Grey warden for my Champion class.

There will be a transmog feature right from the start of the game from what I understand. So you won't be forced to wear the belly dancer outfit (which is mage only I believe)

I was dubious about the LoF's gear too until I read that. You'll be able to use transmog on casual outfits too.
