I definitely always pet the cat/dog/owlbear in every game, at every opportunity. Even though there is always at least one cat sitting next to me or at my feet while I game. And I could just pet that real cat instead.
Crazy, right?
Exactly. I talked to my brother about this yesterday. He isn't Veilguard target audience and doesn't intend to play it. Although he played DAO and DA2 years ago, currently he plays mostly Souls games. But he agreed with me that petting the animals is always cool in any game.
