A question about what comes AFTER the release.

Hello BioWare.

I'm really looking forward to “The Veilguard”, but I have a question. Will there be any addons or gameplay relevant DLC's? Because I'm the kind of gamer who plays a game all the way through (that means with addons) and then starts another one. I'm sure I'll buy the game before then , but I'll wait until all the addons are released before playing.

The way the story ends doesn't change, that's true, but without these DLCs, even doing absolutely everything else in the game, at the end you're still left with pretty big questions.

It is not necessary I agree, but it's also not really satisfying to finish a trilogy while still being in the dark about major plot ploints.
Stuff like Citadel or Omega I have absolutely no qualms with; it's the DLCs tied to the main storyline, that are a bit iffy to me.

That's true, but (although I hate to say it) there are quite a few gamers who play games because they like the action. I have some friends who I know that the majority of the story didn't leave an impression on them at all (which is sad, but not unusual. Most of these people grew up with linear TV and now they're supposed to shoot AND listen? That's not going to work). You understand. These DLC's are for people who want to know more about what's going on (people who CAN shoot AND listen).
