Release Time / Hour for DA:V

Heya! Trying to plan out when I need to take a day off to play Veilguard on release and I'm struggling to understand what time it's coming out. Steam and website just say 31st of October - is the exact time to be announced yet, or does Steam go off of a specific timezone? Anyone has any ideas? :D

I'm also getting it on Steam, but the PlayStation store says it's expected to release at 12:00 PM EST on October 31st. Maybe expect the same timeframe for Steam?

I hope that's a mistake and they meant AM. I need all the time I can get with this game on the 31st. :/

I don't suppose anyone has dug up any more information on this? I'm having the same dilemma, I really just want to spend the day gaming but I need to know which day I should take.

The article I found, which is the one I'm assuming you got the information about 12pm EST said that is what they found out, but Bioware didn't say that and it could very well being at Midnight Oct 30th and vary from EST as the base. I would assume it would be released either at midnight or early in the day, but considering Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred released 5 hours later than expected I would just say lets hope they are able to get it released by noon eastern to begin downloading. I'm assuming they didn't give an exact time due to something like that happening. I would assume we will know for certain by two weeks out when the exact time will be.

Dragon Age The Veilguard release time is 9am PDT / 12pm EDT / 4pm GMT on Thursday, October 31, 2024
