What choice are you the most excited to import?
Who did you romance? Vs did you tell egghead you’re going to kill or save him VS did the inquisition disband or go chantry?


R.I.P. Alastair, Loghain, Zevran, Hawke, HoF, was cool seeing yall in 3 of the games I guess

The baffling decision by Bioware aside:

The HoF only showed up in one, and Hawke only showed up in 2.

And the others are purely conditional based on the decisions you made.

Not really, you know Flemeth/Mythal has the old god soul. You don't know what she'll do with it in Veilguard. You also don't know what will become of Kieran without a soul.

That isn't even close to resolved as whether or not Solas/Flemmeth have the soul of an Old God should have major repercussions. Not all world states had the player go through with the ritual and there was also jr. who was always just a normal mage child, since the PC romanced Morrigan, but didn't do the ritual.

No Dragon Keep? So almost all of the choices in the first 3 games are meaningless?

The limited choices suck majorly lol, but nothing will stop me from being excited to recreate my Inquisitors and see them interact with Rook. Just hope we'll get more past choice interactivity in either DLCs or another Dragon Age game down the line.

I'm most excited about pretending Rook is my Inquisitor since I am fed up of creating a new character everytime bioware's marketing comes in and says 'it's about the world not the main character's story'. Well even that is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ now. So I'm just going to have my inquisitor be the main character of veilguard for me (if I even bother to play it) since it seems choices from the other games don't matter anymore. In the end the inquisitor is mostly likely in one scene anyway considering the lack of options we have in creating the history and that is scene is most likely with Solas.

Yuuuup, only choices that matter are did you romance someone last game and the choices in the last dlc. Your person you made divine, leader of orslean, mages vs templars and anything regarding dragon age 1 and 2 are wiped cleeeeean

Well it'll be w/e the devs say they are gonna be, we don't even know if they are going to be using what had been the default choices in the Keep eg the default choice for Divine there is Cassandra

John Epler said the Divine choice "doesn't matter because the game is in the North". I guess they will avoid everything, and if they ever mention the divine for example, it will be "Victoria".
lol, ya probably. I assume they'll do the same with eg HoF and Hawke - they were... people... of a race and gender!

I think I'm the most interested in whether the Inquisitor vowed to stop or redeem Solas. The romance doesn't seem likely to be super relevant, especially since the Inquisition is a Southern Thedas organization, so the Inquisitor's personal relationship with Solas/attitude toward him is probably what's going to be the most interesting.

I'm really hoping that a non-romanced Solas whom the Inquisitor had a good relationship with gets some interesting dialogue/is possible to import, same as a Solas who was regarded as an enemy. Won't be sure if that nuance is really there until launch.

Non of the options will matter let’s be honest.

Inky will show up but who cares, he/she/they/them will mention their romance

Redeem or stop solas: omg you always hated me inky or omg you always tried to help but I’m sorry

Disbanded or chantry: either way we already know varric and scout Harding quit so I’m sure the rest will have some excuse.
