Chances we see Kirkwall in Veilguard?

So in the video Mark Darrah did on Dragon Age: Inquistion he mentions that as sort of a test of Frostbite they fully rendered Kirkwall as one continuous map.

Given that the game in general takes place in northern Thedas going as far south as Nevarra and as far East as Rivain and Antiva, there is a possibility that Kirkwall is included.

There's also a bit with Dragon Age Absolution. SPOILERS: Absolution ends with the return of Knight-Commander Meredith, last seen in Hightown in Kirkwall.

So I think there's a chance, however small, that Kirkwall is in the game.

It kinda does already, like some of the architecture is similar but Kirkwall is made out of different material, as the city was established to run a quarry.

Quite a bit as they've said it's the largest city they've done. I doubt it's all of Minrathous though, probably mostly Docktown.
