Nudity Outside Of Romance?

Does this game have nudity outside romancing scenes?
I want to play this game with my kids and don't want ♥♥♥♥♥ flying around on screen unexpectedly.

In the ESRB rating listed were "fade to black sex scenes" and "naked female breasts are visible in some scenes".
If that means visible in those sex scenes or in general, no clue.
But going from previous games in the series, the little nudity the games had were completely relegated to the romance climax scenes. And even then only a few characters had nudity.

Yeah i noticed that the ESRB description is vague this needs to be descriptive like imdb parents guide.

Zero reviews mentioned serious "scenes". Maybe nothing sexual in the game at all?

It does have topless females when you enable surgery scars in character creator. That said the boobs are gone but....still topless, technically.

I have been nude outside of romance my whole life, so yes.

All I can point to are two things they've said.

They made it a point to let everyone know "hey guys, full nudity."

And one developer said the romance with Taash is the "steamiest."

Why are you playing an M rated game with your kids around? that's just weird.

because a kid seeing demons decapitated is wholesome. But seeing non binary orgy sex scenes isnt.
