I think i have watched 1 anime movie in my life and that one i watched with my kids.
The baldursgate characters looked good.. the veilguard characters look bad.. and its by choice. So that is the reason i wont play it.
Why would i pick one that doesnt respect women

Don't you see that games getting more woke year after year and this is a huge problem!? If you are truly cis hetero male and you like playing fantasy games, you KNOW that this wokenizations of games, especially fantasy games is really bad! We are trying to escape from everyday reality of modern day political and cultural discourse, not to experience it again in video games.... What is wrong with you???
P.S. Yeah, this is a personal attack on you Larthas, because you are the REAL PROBLEM with modern video games. Not the vocal minority of activisit that lurk in corporations and lobbying for wokenization of games (like Sweet Baby Inc), but enablers like you that support them!
If woke parties like SBI and other similar entities infiltrate the gaming community to make stuff like this.. of course people will show their opinions.
Yet most games that try to push this end up flopping.
It's called the motte and bailey fallacy. They push their true agenda (forcing everyone to comply with their politics), but when challenged, retreat to claiming anyone who opposes them hates gay people.

And that's fine with most everyone. Hell, pronhub has gay porn and trans porn categories for people who enjoy them, that doesn't make it woke.
on a global scale, the 'anti-woke community' outnumber woke culture 9 to 1.. just to give a small indication as to how this is the case outside of your BG3 analysis, there are many religions that are against what woke culture stands for and many cultures, you could easily say at least a standard of 4 billion people, that's before counting those outside these cultures and religions.. you're outnumbered, don't think otherwise.
woke is a political movement generally aimed at targeting individuals that don't know any better or cant think for themselves, phub is a website for adults which means you need to be an adult to use that website just as you would need to be an adult to vote, the fight isn't to challenge mature grown adults who can think for themselves, the fight is to protect those too young to think for themselves being manipulated and sexualised.
