MrMattyPlays VS Mortismal

Here we have 2 content creators who seem honest to me, and who like RPGs. Mortismal is an RPG fanatic for sure. Mortismal says that for him it is the game of the year and MrMattyPlays that it is a disappointment.
At this point I think the game is just a matter of taste. So my advice is to try the game for yourself. That's what I'm going to do.

I would trust Mortismal a lot more than MrMattyPlays. No one finishes more games in a year than Mortismal.

Mort didn't play dragon age till like a year ago.
Matty as far i have seen his content actually was a dragon age fan.

so ye mort is less informed about the nuances of the lore. for the rest i do think hes a good person yet not an expert on dragon age so not really a good source

So confused after the first review wave, it's clear you either gonna like the game or not at all. Both Matty and Mortismal did enjoy Starfield :O so yeah very confusing. I guess if you don't care about the writing/dialogue and just play it kinda like Hogwart Legacy then DAV will be ok. However if you expect anything above that when it comes to choice and depth, you will suffer.

Fextalife was negative about Veilguard, he was just explaining why he won't have a review today and was critical of they way there are handling the review process.

Completely agree. So this will essentially divide the fan base which I think is going to translate to sales performance. Which should also speak to why it is you don't want to divide your fan base.
