Been a huge fan of the series since the first game. Never actually liked the combat in any of the games, but the world, lore, stories, characters and such were absolutely amazing, and the choices were meaningful and impactful.
I'm actually pretty excited for the new combat (I liked the new god of war). The environment visuals are absolutely amazing, and the character visuals are not so much - but like with any other game I know the visuals will grow on in very quickly as I get sucked into the world and stories.
Couldn't care less about the so called "culture warrior controversy" (literally every single Bioware game was fludded with same sex romances and high levels of inclusion).
Can't wait for the 31st!
Isnt that just naivety - gaming industry is a business? Also so according to your logic haters live rent free in your head and even make you invest money?
Also can you name any logical reason for buying the game right now and not on release or at least after reviews are out? To me pre-orders make absolutely no sense since its mostly about digital goods.
I probably wont buy the game since everything i saw about it until now seems negative and indicate that its a game i wont enjoy.
But i will look at reviews of reviewers and players and gameplayvideos - its not like i wouldnt want a good RPG.
None of this applies to this game. It is barely a continuation of Inquisition, the game with a huge cliffhanger at the end, and in gameplay videos and audio drama episodes they have released so far there isnt even any inconsistency of established lore of the setting due to the how they are just handling the setting with basically no thought for worldbuilding and rationality.
Same sex relationships is worlds apart from top scar surgeries and pronouns that makes no sense in any language other than English. Also Bioware never had high levels of inclusion other than having gay or bi companions, only one token "high level of inclusivity" character in Inquisition and thats it.
I'll do what I want thanks mate. I don't care about the haters, they like to be very loud but I've almost purged them all and their garbo opinions from my feed now so that's good. They can cope and seethe just like you are that I preordered a video game lmao
I'm buying the game because I want to see the end of the Solas arc, and if the game ends up being bad, I want to prove it myself instead of riding on the hate train. If it's good, then I'll be happily singing its praises.
