Based on the videos i saw on youtube, this is an arcade action game, exactly the kind of game i dislike. No buy.

For sure its going to be a much shorter game than Inquisition
Which is honestly a good thing because it spread itself way too thin with its open zone design and near meaningless tasks. This is coming from somebody who has done 3 full completionist playthroughs of it.
Well that's interesting i saw a former inquisition dev say to see and do most everything DLCs included would take close to 200 hours for the average gamer. in that game
i wonder how much time your get out of this for a full priced RPG game i would hope at least 80-100 for a full play though

The game is already cheap, wasted 80 on Space Marine 2 so 60 for DAV feels like a sale.

Quantity doesn't mean quality. I have about 550 hours in Inquisition. I would like 10h tightly focused experience than 100h of pointless filler. I can say I have gotten my money's worth and there's a good 20-40h game buried within Inquisition but there's a lot of time that was just pointless in there too like closing all rifts, getting all shards and mosaic pieces. My ideal RPG time tends to be between 20 to 60 hours. Beyond that RPGs tend to lose focus on the story by adding filler to add more time.

Thats true how ever i guess im a different kind of fish i enjoy a bit of pointless time just exploring and taking in the scenery getting the atmosphere of the created world,
I have just started a full playthough of Inquisition my first and its taken me 30 hours just to get to Skyhold and explore half of the Hinterlands and finish Fallow mire, mind you it took me about 2 hours to kill the first dragon im an old time gamer nearly 60 and dont like to rush ha ha, BTW i gave you the award you made a good point

No thank you, i hate consoles, theyre very bad.

I dont play in upscaled 1440p which drops to 1080p at 60 fps or less. We're in 2024.

I pre ordered and will play on the superior plattform, PC.
