I know it's not the popular opinion here but I'm very excited to play a Dragon Age game where I'm actually enthusiastic about the combat. Flashy hack and slash looks way more my speed. Just hope it's as fun as it looks.

I have to admit, even if I am very hyped for Veilguard as such, I am not particularly happy to gameplay changes. I'd rather them keep the old style with the real pause. But I am curious how it will feel since I liked ME style combat well enough. So even if I can't say I am looking forward to combat in particular, I am not not looking forward to it, either, if it makes sense. It's more wait and see it firsthand approach.)

Absolutely. I 100%ed GoW (2018) and this game seems to have a similar type of gameplay.

Sure, it was talked about a lot in the marketing. It was also said that the character with the most explicit sex scene was Taash, the ugly qunari.

This begs the question if we actually want those sex scenes with these characters.

Yes, it seems like a mix between DA, ME and Jade Empire. So what's not to like?!

The open areas of DA:I can get a bit soggy, so a return to more linear progression like in DA:O is a good thing.

How the game will feel still remains to be seen, but I'm optimistic. There are some things I'm not overly fond of, but then again no game is perfect.
