Unknown9 dead on arrival
how does Bioware think their chances are after the massive failure of unknown9? The modern audience didn't show up for that one either. I think their HRT is too expensive to buy video games in this economy

I consider myself quite up to date with game releases, especially story heavy stuff. I had heard about, well, to just use Hex's little list, Concord, Dustborn, Forspoken, Suicide Squad, Flintlock and Banishers before release. And Life is Strange Double Exposure, Lost soul aside, Exodus, and a bunch of others. I NEVER heard about Unknown 9, until people started bringing it up as a "this is what will happen to Veilguard", here on this forum. So I wonder what happened to their marketing.

Unknown 9 looks like a game only for Indians.
The game looked so bad and I'm shocked that this game was published by 'Bandai Namco'.

The game had zero marketing.
Beyond the first reveal at a Playstation showcase 7 months ago there was no trailers, no ads, no reports from journalists, nothing.
It also shares the same name with a book series called "Unknown 9: Genesis"
On top of that the gameplay looks like the personification of "Meh" and is the first game from an unknown studio.

And on top of that its releasing around games such as Dragon Ball Sparking Zero and this other game that was woke called Silent Hill 2 remake

Oh and this one game that's all about social inequality, racism, classism, mental health called Metaphor: ReFantazio that is selling like hot cakes right now but for some reason all the usual suspects have pulled down their hats and scuttled away from that one. Very telling.

But they seem to ignore those ones for some reason.
Just like how they keep avoiding Apex Legends.

Maybe... and I'm just spitballing here. Maybe its because people who actually play games, play the games that are interesting to them?

Like I don't give any crap about DC so why would I want to play Suicide Squad?

Concord was a failure, Unknown 9 is a joke.
man you people are starting to sound more like those people that boycotted Hogwarts Legacy because of JK Rowling, just boycotting games based on whose names are attached to the product.

the horseshoe is real.

It honestly feels like they set it up to fail with how it was handled.
Nobody heard of the game except from maybe a week ago.

I only know about Unknown 9 from the trolls too, it seems as if they have a hive mind as if they exist just to troll new games.

After looking into it, I was surprised that the character actually Anya Chalotra, she is actress of Yennefer from The Witcher live action series.

She is gorgeous and beautiful what a waste,
The gameplay style is not for me since I'm RPG player can't comment about it, I look at a video that show that the game is buggy/ glitchy to the point that it looks as if made by amateur or lack of quality tester.

Bro, crazy story, you're not gonna believe it, but we, the Modern Audience™ just happened to be busy this week. Same as with Concord. And Dustborn. And Forspoken. And Suicide Squad. And Zao. And Flintlock. And Banishers.

If you dislike games made for the modern audience, you should check out The Great Rebellion.

This is the first game that the DEID group (the one you're in) endorsed as a curator, so you know it has to be good and way better than any woke game, and it has 98% positive reviews.
Since it's made specifically for you and your audience, is anti-woke, and has so many good recommendations, I expect it to be extremely successful and it's playercount to be massive.

Isn't that the game that had an all time peak player count of only 54?

Better question is, who is the game even for?
We jest that there is 300 Modern Audience members, but really, who the hell was the game for?

Nobody knows.
But folks will claim it's an anti-woke win or something when it's really just.... nothing.

Did Unknown 9 also get EU grant money, or was that just for Dustborn?
I believe it did get grant money

Not available in Germany, because cucks run the country. Looks mostly like a meme tho.

This game is as serious as Dustborn is.
