Art Style?

Who likes this art style? Seems very cartoonish.

It's another area that it's better than Inquisition.

I dunno, I play a lot of PoE so I clearly don't care about graphics.

Fortnite is one of those games that is cartoonish and has some really stunning lighting in it.

Cartoony would be Borderlands, this game is nothing like that, the art style is just battlefield 2142, you're playing BF on third person as a soldier who has horns, that's all.

who got the worse design imo are the demon and dark spawn , they look goofy..not the art direction you want in a dark fantasy setting, they have a wow vibes.. not a fan.

The art-style and landscapes are pretty wild. Its shocking how many people don't like it.

You are correct, it is very cartoony and childish, a general vibe this game gives off from pretty much all the marketing material we have been fed so far. Reminds me of that the Guardians of the Galaxy game from a few years back. Whether or not it ends up been marvel tier slop in its entirety is yet to been seen, but I don't have my hopes up. At least the shippers are happy thou....

IMO the art style of Inquisition was way better. This is the style I was hoping for. I agree the characters appear cartoonish and child-like. It made me cringe a bit. But some of the environments look half-way normal? Seems like a hodgepodge, but I guess we will see at release. Hopefully the story and gameplay are top tier. But also, lol at the deluxe edition... $20 extra for some cosmetics? Pass.

All they have to do is change the lgbtq rainbows for lightning on a dark enviroment and it will look much better.
