Just listened to the last episode, and I love all of the characters. I really hope we see Nadia and Drayden in the actual game. To anyone else who's listened, what are your thoughts?

I really enjoyed hearing our companions before the game is out. Makes me all the more excited to meet them! I dout we'll see Nadia or Drayden in the game but I'd love to be wrong about that :)

I got a little frustrated with how cliche/predictable the writing could get sometimes (hard to match up to the writing of the actual games), but overall I had a good time with V&V. Great way to build hype for the game and the companions. Loveddd the episode with Taash <3

Just finished the last one and enjoyed it a lot. It is a nice peek into companions without spoiling their story and the overall plot was not bad, if a bit predictable. If we could see Drayden and Nadia in the game, even very briefly, it would be nice. I would say it made me more exited about the game, but I was already on the maximum scale of anticipation.)

TBH, I was underwhelmed by the series, and am not very invested in Nadia and Drayden. (Caveat, I still need to listen to this week's).

But I did think all of the companions voice cast sounded great, and the companions themselves all seem quite interesting.

I also was a bit underwhelmed, the writing wasn't that great and I didn't like Nadia's actor very much.

But it was a nice little introduction for the companions and their voice actors. And it made me want to meet them in the game more, so I guess it fulfilled its purpose.

I had a good time with it! I'm hoping we'll get a Nadia and Drayden cameo in the game. I'd be very curious to see what they actually look like. I also think the series did an excellent job giving us the vibe of each character. It certainly made me more excited for all the party members. (It didn't make it any easier to choose who I'm going to hang out with though! I like them all!)

It would've been nice to at least have some kind of illustration of the characters exclusive to the podcast, yeah.

I liked Nadia and Drayden for the most part, but I think the writing let them down a bit sometimes. Especially Nadia, who had to be needlessly dumb sometimes for the sake of the plot lol. I'd like to see them mentioned somewhere in the game but I have a longggg list of DA side media characters I want to see so I won't be heartbroken if they aren't.

Yeah, I totally agree. Nadia's character did suffer a bit for the plot. I still like her overall, but not nearly as much as Drayden. I haven't actually consumed a lot of the side media so my cameo wants are mostly from the games. Before they announced the three choice thing, I was really hoping for Zevran and Isabella. They're almost certainly out now. :P Comic and book characters should have a better chance of showing up though since variations don't have to be taken into account for them! I hope you get to see some of those characters on your list!

Ehehe thank you. I wouldn't give up hope for Isabela! There's no outcome in DA2 where she can die, so I think she could feasibly show up no matter what choices you made involving her. Zevran though.... I have less faith in him appearing 🥲
