Does anyone have memory leak issues in this game?
My performance drops as I play more, like in the same location when I start the game I get 110fps but in an hour or two in the same location it drops to 30fps, what is this? Does anybody know how to fix it?

I'm using the Adrenalin 24.10.1 driver. I only experienced the issue in some Arlathan Forest sectors and always after extended play time and after using photo mode/alt-tabbing. So, it's not a big deal, but I must admit I experienced something similar to OP under certain circumstances.

maybe something together with a win update, didnt updated win for a few weeks now.
Sometimes amd has some issues after win updates, but i think nvdia has it sometimes too

Maybe... I will install the Adrenalin driver 24.20.19.05, which includes support for the game, check its performance, and see if it resolves this rare and contextual performance drop over time issue. As usual, I will use DDU or the AMD Cleanup Utility before installing/updating drivers. I will report my results back.

I'm on 24.10.37 beta drivers and have had no issues so far (7900XTX)

AMD drivers can be fickle at best, try rolling back to a previous and see how you get on

Do you recommend updating to 24.10.37.10 beta driver?

Also, paradoxically, I read somewhere that the beta driver 24.20.19.05 may perform slower than 24.10.1 in this game, despite having specific game support.

Couldn't say for everyone but has worked fine for me so far, I've had no crashes and performance has been good so far. Definitely worth a try, at worst you can always revert back to something else

Thank you. I will keep that in mind if the beta Adrenalin 24.20.19.05 driver doesn't work or perform well. I just installed it and going to start testing.

Your texture setting might be too high? The VRAM stat in the settings is useless when the game is freshly restarted because it increases as you play. Drop the texture setting by one level and see if things are better.

A 8GB VRAM card isn't enough for Ultra textures. Not sure if an 11GB or 12GB one is enough. I have an 8GB card and I had this problem until I changed textures to High.

What Gpu, Processor do you use for 8gb VRAM and what is your graphics settings set to I’m interested to try on my Rtx 4060 gpu, Ryzen 7 8845HS CPU, DDR5 32GB ram.
Happens to me when opening inventory or map after some playtime, fps drops to below 20 for no reason. The first update the game had introduced this problem, didn't have it before
Extremely annoying

3070 and 5600x. I just put everything on High except for Texture Filtering which I put on Ultra. There isn't much difference between the ultra and high presets really without using a microscope, except for a huge performance difference.

I also capped the FPS at 90, which still felt super smooth. When capped at 120 it changed too much between 90-120 in many places and didn't feel great when panning. Setting it at 90 kept the FPS consistent and felt much better. I used DLSS Quality too. DLAA looked worse in this game for some reason to me and performed way worse.

4060 performs a bit worse than a 3070 but I expect you'd get similar results. Just don't put Texture Quality on Ultra.
Having the same problem. BioWare really need to get this fixed!
I just get blackouts when looking at the screen.
I have the same problem, hope today's update solves this issue but sadly there is no mention about it in patch notes

I have leak in system mem and VRAM. Play long enough both will fill up and start causing trouble.

SAME vram Bug. The vram fills up the more you change maps. RTX 4080 super 16gb vram completely full. FPS drops by 40!!!

Hopefully this will be patched, it's annoying
