For those who have played, are there any in this game?

I haven't run into one yet - despair, anger, etc but not desire.

Nope. And i don't think its in the game. The focus of the game is not in this area.

Taash looks like of those species but from the opposite clan, the one that makes you suppress all your desires

Too offensive, so no.
But you do have a big fight with boss naked, bathed in blood, so it covers everything, woman in a side quest. Just one, though. And there is nothing to cover, of course.

Don't know and i don't think they can be in any gameplay in the game. There is not bottom subject in the game. Its a classic game with A-to-Z stuff in it. No stuff like in baldur's gate3.
And baldur's gate 3 is the exception in rpg game. Normally u don't see all the detail in rpg. murder, bed stuff and all the horror that can be create in a rpg.
