How to change banners and stuff? Can only find a place to change the big statue

In Rook's room, the one with the fish, there is an option for decor placement. Not sure if there is others, later.

Yes. Companions decorate their own rooms, I believe.

you can also change decor at the top of the stairs in main room where you all gather

Has anyone found all 7 decor themes? I have 6 -- Original, Antivan, Grey Warden, Nevarran, Dwarven and Elven. I think the 7th is supposed to be Rivanian (for Lords of Fortune), but it was never offered by the LoF Merchant. I'm not sure if it's a bug or it has to be found in a chest that I haven't found and opened yet.

Thank you for any info you can provide!

UPDATE: I posted this question to the EA forums and got a reply. The one I'm missing is not Rivanian, but Tevinter. That makes perfect sense because the Shadow Dragons faction vendor was still at level 1 when [REDACTED FOR SPOILERS]. I'll keep that in mind for my next playthrough.
