What happens if you 'flirt' with everyone (or more than one LI)?

Is there a point where you clearly are getting into a relationship? Or should you just stick to flirting with the person you want to romance?

I dont want to miss out on a romance but do like the flirty dialogue

You can flirt with everyone, and do their one on one companion quests/dates just fine, there is a point where it will clearly state that you are about to commit to one of them in dialogue if you select the option too or not.
