No idea how to solve it yet either. Waiting on a patch and until then, just restarting the game fixes it for a while. Like I said I can go as long as four hours or so before it triggers. I’ve been using it as a sign I should take a break lol.
Dexaldem, I have no idea lol, but I appreciate you bumping it up! Thank you!
I had the same error with a Geforce RTX 3600 Ti. I reinstalled the newest drivers, deleted the content of the shader_cache folder in the game directory and applied gfx settings recommended by digital foundry for 8GB RAM cards. After that the crash didn't occur again and I played for like 10 hours.
The folder in question can be found like this:
Yourdrivehere\Steam\steamapps\common\Dragon Age The Veilguard\shader_cache
The Digital Foundry settings can be found here:

Hope it helps, even though you are using an Intel GFX card apparently.
This graphics processor is not enough.
Turns out it was easily solved when I realized my monitor cables weren't plugged directly into the GPU. So try that instead of the MB I/O?
Then again, this is Bioware, which is known for saying bugs are unfix-able only to have the community fix things in a mod lol (this happened multiple times on DA:O and DA2 if I remember right). Let's hope this new gen of devs there, pretty sure none of the crew from Bioware are around outside a select few, are better bug fixers lol.
My specs are:
As you can see, I am well above their recommended specs and do have buttery smooth performance until the crashes with all settings maxed (tried adjusting the settings all over the place, but still no dice)
This is a major damn issue, I'm enjoying the game despite its reputation and some criticisms of my own, but this is killing my drive to play it at all.
