While obviously I can't promise that this will work for you, after getting 2-4 CTD every hour for the last days since the patch, this is the ONLY thing that has worked, and it hasn't crashed since.
Update your bios. Especially if you have an Asus board. If you use the MyAsus app (Armoury Crate works too but its one of the worst softwares in existence) you can see your current firmware version. If you have anything older than I believe it was like 16, you need to get the newest. I updated to version 1805 and haven't experienced a crash since. It specifically even states in the BIOs updates that they added support for the newest gen Intel processors, so there's a good chance it will help fix other errors you might experience on your PC, too. Just go to System update, and download the driver there. Then use the renamer, then Run the .CAP file. You can either load it onto a USB, or depending on how new your board is, you can access your folders directly in the EZ Flash utility in your BIOs. Just hit F3 when you start it and you should be able to go from there. I assume its similar for other boards, but I have Asus so its the only one I know step by step how to do.
It might seem like a pain, but its 15 min of work that will fix the stability of your PC and -probably- fix all your crashing on DA.
