You can't defend these scenes
What was up with Isabella misgendering scene? How do you defend that? This is the same character that caused a rift between 2 factions and killing thousands as a result and she didn't care. But she will feel bad about this? And the whole thing feels like a lecture for the player.
Oh you can't just say sorry because it's not enough but if you make it too long, that is also offense etc.

Or the romance scenes. Like, did a 12 year old angst teen who never had romance write this? This is seriously some of the most cringy writing I have seen. It rivals Dustborn and Forspoken.

But nah, it's fine because it is so daring right? Quality writing should be sacrificed on the altar of inclusion. I know some people don't like to read this but that will be the end of Bioware. Mark my words.

Eum misgendering has nothing to do with 2 guys kissing. I am referring to the scene where she calls someone a she (because it's a she) and she prefers to be called a they.

I don't defend it. It seems woefully clumsy and out of place. But, that said, if it is 2, 5, or even 10 minutes out of a 60 hour title then I am not going to let it ruin the other 59 plus hours for me.

I also rarely if ever even bother with romances in these games. It seems pointless to me.
