Why does every dalish elf have a different accent?

One is gravely American, one has a thick Asian accent, there are a couple different British accents, and then the companion elf has this kind of breathy American girl thing going on.
Aren't these folks all supposed to be one tribe? Though, they don't really go into who these "Veiljumpers" really are. We kinda just got one sentence about their deal and then it was off on the next quest.

The Dalish are not a single tribe. Also they are nomadic. It is why you find dalish settlements in every DA game, even though each game takes place in different areas.

^Yeah, but every previous settlement has had relatively similar accents across all its members (usually some flavor of British), here it's all over the place. It doesn't sound like all these elves speak the same native language at all.
