Where is the BALD hair option?

You can be bald, you have to select the X (literally the very first option)

Yes, you can be bald. As one user previously mentioned, just pick the X option. Shaved is number 1, bald is X.

if you want something close to your definition of bald, you have the skullet option (your bald with long hair, bald on top).

I don't recall your bald as an option in the character creator, to be fair.
