I also agree with him about the positives he mentions too.
Minor point? Of all the things an adult RPG needs , No1 is realistic conflict between party members, deep discussions and opposing views written purely from that characters perspective. I've found no such discussions in the whole game. For an intended 18+ audience, there is little respect for the players intelligence. It's seemingly written for a very young audience that only listens and nods IMO. I'll say again, it would have been superb as a new IP, a starting point for new RPG players, but for an adult audience in the Dragon Age universe, it completely misses the mark.
