Ok after experimenting and getting a femine looking face!!! i realised you actually need to either zero or stay within 10% of the sliders to not start looking weird. Same with body propotion aswell.
Add in this you have to add makeup wether male or female or them otherwise the complexion looks bad no matter what you choose.

But what really makes it is the hair styles. Of you try and use the generic looking ones like a 90`s buisness women or homemaker they make you characture look terrible (but weirdly not for a male one they just make them look like a buisness man or soldier.)
If you use one of the more inclusive styles it looks pretty good.
O took nearly 5 hours or playing incremently with the sliders to figure that out though. Its super weird though lol
