Now think of all the combonations of video cards alone. lets take a geforce 3080 like i have for example - like 20 different companies all make different versions of taht card - so it's a lot more difficult to test every combo of hardware and every gpu down to the right manufaacturer.
a lot of people on 3080s are having the game crash constantly just trying to load it - that neverh appened to me and idk why. But i do know i have the worst of all of the 3080s the super small alienware one :(
Had to turn all of the RT options off though, even selective RT was tanking the frames constantly. Haven't tried running at 1440p and selective RT on yet, might give it a try and see. That's the way it is for AMD cards though, great power and performance, lousy RT capabilities
Apparently the blurry effect is caused by bloom, a lot of users have said disabling bloom in the config files solves the issue, again, haven't tried it myself so couldn't say 100%
unfortunately it didn't help
